Service Alert:
We’ve reached a tentative agreement with Teamsters Local 439 for our Forward Landfill employees. Local 439 has informed us that picket lines are coming down across the Bay Area, and our employees have returned to work as of 7/19/2025.
We appreciate the community’s patience throughout this situation, and we are working hard to catch up with needed recycling and waste collection as quickly as we can. Collection services for all commodities have already resumed. We will be servicing on your regular service day, as well as servicing missed collections that have been waiting the longest.
Please continue to leave your carts out if they have not been serviced. Once they have been serviced, you may bring them in until your next regular service day.
We will be collecting any extra bags and bundles at no additional charge as we get caught up. Please ensure any overflow is secured and set out next to your curbside container or bin.
