Waste Accepted
Our E&P facilities are designed and constructed exclusively for non-hazardous oil and gas waste streams, including but not limited to:
- Oil and water-based fluids, muds and cuttings
- Site cleanup and remediation materials
- Gels, cements or other liquids containing solids
- Pit liners and bottoms from washouts and reserve pits
- Production and other tank bottoms
- Frac sand and other production-related waste
Saltwater Injection Wells
Republic Services provides environmentally safe, compliant, and efficient disposal of oil field brine, salt water, backwash, rig wash and other exempt liquid waste through the construction and operation of Class II exempt waste saltwater injection wells. These Class II wells have multiple steel casings surrounded by multiple layers of cement that inject liquid upstream waste thousands of feet underground – far below the lowermost groundwater drinking zone.
Tank and Equipment Rental
We offer the rental, delivery and pickup of clean and compliant E&P equipment necessary to keep rig site operations running safely including:
- Frac tanks and fluid pumps
- Rail systems: track and roll tarp boxes
- Roll-off boxes and trash trailers
E&P Trucking
Republic Services owns an extensive fleet that includes everything from super sucker air machines, hydrovacs and vacuum trucks, to winch trucks and roll-off trailers capable of handling any volume of waste from drums to large scale environmental remediation projects.

Our TCEQ licensed domestic wastewater treatment facilities are open 24/7 throughout Texas and New Mexico including in the Eagle Ford, Eaglebine and Permian Basins – and put you in full compliance of state and local regulations. Specifically focused on treating wastewater generated on well site locations, this turnkey service removes your need to secure permits and reduces the exposure of domestic waste to workers, further protecting the health and safety of your personnel at drilling and completion locations.
