Customer service is our number one priority. Enhanced recycling and organics services — along with our existing services, such as on-call clean-up, bulky item pick-up, pre-paid bag ties, carry-out service, and debris boxes — are part of our ongoing efforts to better serve the West Contra Costa County community.

Holiday Schedule
We observe New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on Monday - Friday, your pickup will be delayed by one day. If the holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, there will be no delay.
